5% – We took our Orchard Series Vol. 1 and added 60 lbs of raspberries from our friends at Butlers Orchard. This beer sat on fruit for 4 months, picking up a bit more tartness and beautiful color and flavor from the fruit addition. Bottle conditioned and well carbonated, this beer is going to age well, but is drinking great right now.
