The Dom Diogo Rose is dark salmon pink, with mouth watering aromas of strawberries and red currants. On the palate, it has a lively acidity and masses of fruit, good body, with more red berry fruit, persistent length and a finish dominated by red currants. A lovely spring wine; drink well chilled with barbeques, grilled seafood, and salads.
