The entry is bright and fresh, exhibiting flavors of fresh ginger, ruby grapefruit, lemon curd, and Granny Smith apples. While this is a fresh, juicy wine, it has an incredible midpalate weight with zesty acidity carrying the flavors through to the lengthy finish.
