6.5% – die Königin is an unfiltered oak-aged Kellerbier. This strong lager pours hazy, bright amber with a white head. Lightly effervescent with assertive biscuit qualities and an adequate Tettanang hop presence, die Königin is matured for several weeks on light toast oak, imparting a creamy mouth feel and a dry finish, accentuating sweet malt qualities. This Stark Lager is produced in small quantities for lager connoisseurs with the most discerning palates.
