Also mashed, fermented, distilled, and bottled by hand from 100% malted barley, Gray Wolf’s new American style gin is distilled with juniper berries, citrus peels, cardamon, peppercorn, rose hips, hibiscus, and elderflower for a broad botanical palate. It is then rested for 6-8 weeks in Catoctin Creek rye whiskey barrels with sassafras staves for a unique woodsy character. Soft and smoothly textured from the barley base, with a complex floral, spicy, and piney bouquet and finish. Truly unique, and a must try for anyone who claims to like gin!
