Vinification: Wild fermented in stainless steel with 12 days of skin contact, with almost no intervention and no addition of sulfites.
Notes: Yellow-amber color, complex aromas and flavors which alternate through time, mostly of a salty and nutty profile, well integrated tannins and good acidity.
