A blend of Merlot (80%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). Skin Maceration under cold temperature. Temperature controlled at 77°F. After 18 months of ageing, blending of 50% from oak barrels of which 1/3 renewed and 50% from vat. Soil composition is made up of Clay, Sand, and Gravel.
A very pleasant ruby colour. Elegant and round in the palate with a fine lingering. Well structured and full bodied, this wine represents well the great character and the authentic personality of the great red Bordeaux. Blended with mostly Merlot noir it’s elegant and harmonious and a sound value to share with friends.
