Antoine Ogier, Côtes du Rhône Héritages Blanc (2018) 750ml

It has a gorgeous lifted nose of fennel, quince and tarragon. It’s full-bodied, rounded and quite fat and rich on the tongue, but balanced by firm acidity, a bitter twist and some cashew oak.
